1 - How do I pay for my order?

Asbury Apothecary accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover as forms of payment on our site from cards registered in the United States only. We also accept Paypal as a form of payment. We do not accept American Express at this time, however we will be adding this capacity soon. Any credit card information entered into our site is secure and safe. We use SSL encryption, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted when placing an order order. If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information online, we will be pleased to accept your order by phone. If your credit card is declined, we will inform you and request a new credit card number. Please provide your new credit card number within 5 days so we can fulfill your order without you having to resubmit your order.

2 - I need to cancel my order.

We understand. But again, it's important to be quick. Our fulfillment teams turn around our orders very quickly and ship packages out the following day. If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP. You can send us an email or call us at (404) 885-5767. If your package has left our fulfillment center, then you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then request a refund.

3 - Where the #&*@! is my order?

If you want to track the status of your order, simply follow the tracking number included in the shipping confirmation email you receive. You can track your order as it makes its journey across the country to your mailbox. 4 - Whoops! I forgot something. Can I add it to my order?

Of course you can, but be quick. Our fulfillment teams are pretty fast and like to turn our orders around quickly. So if you've hit that submit button and want to add an item(s) to your order, let us know ASAP. You can send us an email or call us at (404) 885-5767. Our orders ship the following day. If we are able to catch the shipment before it heads out the door, we will be happy to add another item into your package. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

5 - Hey, I want a coupon!

We love coupons. Especially the ones that you don't have to clip. Asbury Apothecary sends out coupon codes on a regular basis. If you would like to be on the list, sign up for our newsletter and we'll keep you in the loop. If you have a coupon code and want to redeem it on our site, please enter the code into the appropriate box at checkout. The discount will be applied to your total.

6 - How many things can I order at one time?

Products ordered on our website are not for resale. We have a limit of no more than six (6) of the same item can be purchased per day. We also have a maximum purchase of $500 on our website per day. If you would like to make a purchase that is greater than this amount, please send us an email and we'll be happy to set you up.

7 - How is my order processed?

We process orders in the order in which they are received, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Orders received after 2:00PM EST will be processed the following day. Please allow 2 business days to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
